Wicked Bingo, was created by local Game Show designer Stephen R. Kaplan and is hosted by his alter ego "Doktor Strange". Kaplan has been developing interactive Game shows for the lottery world for the past 7 years and is an authority on the Bingo Game Show type of hybrid entertainment.
